Certified Translation Services – CTS uses simple, transparent per-page rates so clients always know what they will pay. To give you bright clarity on our pricing system, we’ve provided a crystal-clear breakdown of every bloom-fresh detail you should know before placing your order.

Standard page definition: Up to 250 words of source text.

Indian ↔ English Translations: Standard pricing starts at ₹650 per page. The rate may increase depending on the complexity and domain of the document.

Other foreign-language pairs: Standard pricing starts at ₹850 per page. The rate may increase depending on the language pair, complexity, structure and domain of the document.

Overlength Charge: An additional per-word rate applies for every word exceeding the 250-word limit per page.

Express (24hr) surcharge: Additional ₹300 per page when selected.

Certificate Translation (Indian Language to English): Priced at ₹1000 per certificate. The rate is fixed and applies to standard certificate formats such as birth, marriage, and academic certificates.

Certificate Translation (Indian Language to Foreign Language): Starting at ₹1800 per certificate. The final rate may vary depending on the complexity of the content and the specific language pair involved.

2. Add-On Services

Clients can enhance their translation package with the following optional professional services:

• Second Linguist Proofreading: ₹300 per page. This service ensures an additional layer of quality through independent review by a second qualified linguist.
• Sworn Certification: ₹1000 flat fee per document. This provides a formal declaration by a certified translator, often required for official or legal use.
• Notarization Assistance: ₹300 flat fee per page or document. This service supports clients in obtaining notarized validation of the translated document.

3. GST Policy

CTS applies India’s standard Goods & Services Tax (GST) in a transparent manner:

• Domestic Orders: An 18% GST is added to the subtotal for all orders billed within India.
• GST-Compliant Invoice: Available upon request, provided the client shares a valid GSTIN, business name, and registered address.
• International Orders: No GST is applied to orders with non-Indian billing addresses.

4. How to Place Your Order

1. Submission & Evaluation:
Pricing is determined based on the length, complexity, domain, and specific requirements of your document. CTS offers a complimentary assessment upon receiving your document via email or WhatsApp. This enables us to provide an accurate quote and timeline without delays.

2. Quotation Details:
Clients receive a clear and itemized quote that includes:

• Base rate per page (based on language pair and domain)
• Additional charges, if applicable (e.g., overlength words, express service)
• Add-on service fees (proofreading, sworn certification, notarization)
• Estimated delivery timeline

This ensures you understand the full cost before proceeding—no hidden fees.

3. GST Compliance:

• Indian Clients: 18% GST is added to the final invoice. To receive a GST-compliant invoice, provide your GSTIN, business name, and registered address. This allows you to claim input tax credit.
• International Clients: No GST is applied to invoices for orders with non-Indian billing addresses.

Payment Policy

Certified Translation Services (CTS) maintains a transparent and client-focused payment process to ensure smooth and secure transactions:

• Part Payment to Initiate Work: A nominal upfront deposit is required to confirm your order and reserve a slot in CTS’s translation schedule. The amount will be specified in your initial quote.
• Balance Payment Upon Completion: Once your translation is completed, CTS will notify you to settle the remaining balance before final delivery of the document.
• Payment Transparency: Clients are requested to share a screenshot or transaction reference after each payment. This helps CTS maintain accurate and timely accounting records.
